Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns exclusively for items that were received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect state due to an error on our part. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.

Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
2. Initiating a Return

When contacting us, please provide:

Your order number.

A detailed description of the issue.

Photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.
Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions if your return is authorized.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Timeline: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.

Bank Processing: Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
DopeDial cannot offer refunds or accept returns for the following:

Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by DopeDial.

Items purchased during final sale events or explicitly marked as "non-refundable."

Items missing their original packaging or serial numbers.

Issues reported after the 30-day window has expired.
5. Shipping Costs
In cases where the return is due to an error on our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), DopeDial will provide a prepaid shipping label. We do not cover shipping costs for returns initiated for personal preference or change of mind.
